At Brit Accent, we take pride in delivering premium-quality fragrances and beauty products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, our policy is aligned with industry standards and applicable government guidelines.
🚫 No Returns on Opened Products
Once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it is not eligible for return or refund. This policy is strictly followed as beauty and fragrance products fall under non-returnable hygiene-sensitive categories.
📦 Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective
- You have received a wrong item
⏱️ Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this window may not be accepted
📸 Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
🔄 Replacement / Refund Process
- After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on availability
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Product has been opened or used
- Fragrance preference issues (e.g., “didn’t like the smell”)
